Who we are
Emissary Studio ("we", "us") is a hybrid live-action and AI-compositing video studio. This policy explains what we collect when you contact us or subscribe, how we use it, and your choices. Questions: launch@emissary.studio.
Information we collect
- Details you submit through our forms: name, company, work email, phone number, project type, industry, budget range, timeline, and any brief you write.
- Consent records: whether you opted in to email or text messages, plus the date, time, page, and IP address of that opt-in, kept as a compliance record.
- Basic technical data your browser sends (such as IP address) and privacy-respecting, cookieless analytics about page visits.
How we use it
- To respond to your inquiry and scope your project.
- To send you the updates or newsletters you asked for.
- To send text messages only if you gave express written consent (see below).
- To maintain our customer records and improve our services.
We do not sell your personal information.
Service providers
We use HighLevel (GoHighLevel / LeadConnector) as our customer relationship and messaging platform, and a cloud host for this website. These providers process your information on our behalf under their own terms and security commitments.
SMS / text messaging program terms
Program. If you provide your phone number and check the SMS consent box, you agree to receive recurring informational and marketing text messages from Emissary Studio at the number you provided, including messages sent using automated technology.
Consent is not a condition of purchase. You do not have to agree to texts to work with us or to request a quote.
Message frequency varies based on your conversation with us. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile plan.
Opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for help, or email launch@emissary.studio. After you reply STOP, we will send one confirmation and then stop texting that number.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers may change without notice.
Email communications
When you subscribe or opt in, we send you email updates. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time. Transactional replies to your own inquiry are not marketing.
Your choices
- Text STOP to end SMS; click unsubscribe to end email.
- Request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information by emailing launch@emissary.studio.
Data retention & security
We keep your information for as long as needed to serve you and to meet legal and record-keeping obligations, including consent records. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect it.
Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above.
