Every face on screen has a signed named-talent agreement. No reuse, no transfer, no synthetic resemblance without it.
FULL IP ASSIGNMENT, ZERO DATA RETENTION.
All raw footage, composited assets, and final deliverables transfer to you. We retain nothing post-delivery.

The tools change by project. The disclosure does not. Every tool used on your project is named in writing in the statement of work.

No synthetic resemblance of any person without a signed agreement from that person. This is a hard rule, not a negotiable term.

- What AI tools do you use?
- The full named stack is disclosed per tier and written into the statement of work. Nothing is a black box. The tools are listed in the table above.
- What about training data and copyright?
- We use licensed and properly sourced generation tools, and we do not train any model on your footage. Your raw does not enter our prompts, our vendors' models, or anyone else's context.
- How do you handle face-swap or likeness consent?
- We do not produce a synthetic likeness of any person without a documented, signed agreement from that person. Without consent, the work does not get made. This is a positioning differentiator, not a limitation.
- Can we get an enterprise NDA before scoping?
- Yes. A mutual NDA is available before any scoping conversation, and our default contract assigns full IP to you and retains zero data after delivery.
- What is your SOC 2 and data-handling posture?
- We run a SOC 2 friendly, secured workflow, retain nothing post-delivery, and will walk your security team through the contract addendum on request.
