Approach / Process

How we work.

Remote-first by default, onsite hybrid available. Seven to ten days from contract to final cut for most launch films.

We start with the launch, not the camera.

We direct before we shoot, and we shoot before AI ever touches a frame. So discovery starts with four questions, not a gear list:

  1. 01

What is the launch you are trying to land?

  2. 02

Who needs to feel something different about your category?

  3. 03

What is the conference, SKO, or RSA-week deadline you are working back from?

  4. 04

What does your sales pipeline look like ninety days after the launch?

The seven-step workflow.

From contract to final cut.

01

Contract signed.

You pick the shoot window. Most clients book their capture day inside the first week.

02

Pro kit shipped.

Sony ZV-E1, Rode Wireless Pro, Aputure MC Pro panel. Sent directly to you, tracked and insured.

03

30-minute Riverside prep call.

We coach framing, lighting, and wardrobe before the camera rolls. You go in with a director, not a checklist.

04

You record locally in 4K.

Ten to fifteen minutes of raw footage. Riverside captures an uncompressed backup on our side simultaneously.

05

Internal post.

AI compositing, 8K virtual environments, edit, and sound design, all on Emissary Stack. This is where the film gets made.

06

Delivery.

48 to 72 hours for an Executive Sizzle. 7 to 10 days for a Flagship Launch Film or keynote opener.

07

Revisions.

Unlimited minor revisions in the first five days after delivery. Major revisions are a scoped change order.

Want a crew in the room?

A one-day hybrid onsite is an $8K to $15K add-on, for the moments that call for a lighting director present instead of a shipped kit. Available in any major market. Priced and scoped in writing before it appears on any invoice.

Go deeper.

The process is the frame. The pipeline and the compliance posture are what fill it.
