Any work involving a person's likeness is consent-gated. We do not put a face on screen without a signed agreement from the person it belongs to. That is a hard rule, not a negotiable term.

Voice and lip-sync
HeyGen, ElevenLabs.
When applicable, and only with documented consent from the person whose voice or likeness is involved. This capability is only activated after a signed agreement is in place. We never produce a synthetic likeness of any person without it.

The tool did not make the film. We did.
AI is the engine, not the deliverable. It composites the data-center sequence we could never afford to build, generates the 8K environment we could never afford to fly to, and renders the impossible shot in hours instead of weeks. That is the speed. It is real, and it is most of why a $120K-grade film can cost $40K.
What AI does not do is the work that earns a board forward. It does not direct the performance, find the story, or decide where the cut lands. It does not know which silence is worth holding. Those are human jobs, and on every Emissary film they stay human.
So the pipeline is fast where speed is free and slow where craft is not. We move the logistics into software and keep the direction, the performance, the story, and the finishing exactly where they have always belonged.
